FERTILIZING:
We use the latest proven poly coated fertilizers which provide long lasting slow release performance. We do not use any phosphorus in our fertilizer formulations. Soil testing in this area proves that there is sufficient natural phosphorus in the soil. We have the latest application equipment in the industry providing accurate measured applications. The most important fertilization of the year is the fall application.
WEED CONTROL:
We use the latest proven weed control methods, products and application equipment. Our technicians receive continued education on the latest practices. Different weeds require specific products, applied at the right time. Some weeds like thistle, creeping Charlie will require repeated applications to control effectively. Creeping Charlie is best treated in the spring up to about 2 weeks after it is done blooming.
AERATION:
Compaction of the turf can cause disease, weeds and other turf problems. Aeration of the lawn loosens the soil and turf structure allowing air, moisture and nutrients proper distribution in the turf. Aeration can be done at most anytime in the year. The best time would be in the early fall. We like to aerate in late September before the final fertilization of the year. After aeration it is also a good time to overseed any thin areas in your lawn.
Mowing: We offer weekly mowing and trimming of your lawn. We adjust the mowing height due to weather and lawn conditions throughout the season. We will apply a professional pattern to your lawn at each mowing.
Shrub Trimming: We Offer all types of shrub trimming which includes cleanup and disposal.
Spring and Fall Cleanups: In the spring we lightly de-thatch / vacuum the lawn, blow out rock beds driveways and sidewalks. Also includes removal and disposal. In the fall we blow out all flower beds... mulch and vacuum the leaves and dispose of them.
Lawn and plant insect/ Disease control and fertilizing: We can diagnose all lawn and plant disease and pests. We use the latest proven products for treatment. We also offer Tree and Shrub fertilizing.
